About Using Our Service
Cancellation Fees
By 2 business days before, within office hours
FreeUntil 17:00 the previous business day
50% of booking
After 17:00 the previous business day
100% of booking
Other Information
Booking & Urgent Requests
Same-day or previous-day (after 14:00) requests incur an urgent-response fee of ¥2,200.
A booking made on Saturday for the next business day is treated as a previous-day request.
Early registration and booking are recommended.
Fees & Insurance
Transport costs are charged at actual cost.
Comprehensive babysitter liability insurance is included in all fees for peace of mind.
